Using the finest Irish malted barley Achill Island Single Malt Bourbon Cask is triple distilled in copper pot stills & matured on Achill Island in first fill Kentucky bourbon barrels.
This Bourbon cask release from Achill Island Distillers is a sweet and smooth Single Malt with an abundance of flavour. Gentle floral wafts of vanilla and crème caramel. A sweet Malt character with toffee, caramel & almond notes.
Medium to long finish with a distinct creamy mouth feel.
Bottled at 44%.

Using the finest Irish malted barley Achill Island Single Malt Bordeaux cask is triple distilled in copper pot stills & matured on Achill Island in first fill Kentucky bourbon barrels & finished in Bordeaux red wine casks.
The Bordeaux cask finish adds beautiful flavous to this Achill Island Single Malt. Sultanas and soft summer fruits with raspberry tang and juicy strawberry as well as some gentle vanilla chai spice.On the nose there is gentle floral wafts of vanilla and crème caramel.
The Cinnamon and red fruit notes continue and is this is balanced with a medium to long creamy finish.
Bottled at 44%

Matured to perfection on Achill Island co Mayo. This rare island whiskey is the first Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey to be distilled matured and bottled on an island.
Inspired by the boglands of Achill this Peated Irish Whiskey is a smooth single Malt with a delicate smokiness and a sweet taste.
On the nose there is gentle inviting notes of Peat smoke. The flavour begins with a sweet malt character and caramel tones & develops a delicate smokiness with a well balanced finish.
Bottled at 44% & also available in small limited batches at Cask Strength 60%

This Special 2023 Edition is the first Single Pot Still Whiskey from Achill Island Distillery. Distilled matured and bottled on Achill Island, this is Ireland’s first Island Pot Still Whiskey.
This Single Pot Still Whiskey has been aged in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. The whiskey has a smooth mouthfeel followed by Pot Still spices and a subtle mix of fruit, with a light sweet finish.
A limited release of only 1,000 bottles, non-chill filtered and bottled at 47%ABV. The bottle comes beautifully packaged in a luxurious wooden box.
